Junior Kindergarten CurriculumJunior Kindergarten is an exciting year! We use thematic units to expand our understanding and usage of the letters of the alphabet. These units integrate science and social studies topics with language and math skills, as well as providing the opportunity for students to improve their social skills and fine motor skills. We continue to further our use of numbers, and we become independent and cooperative workers. Jr.K strives to create an environment that is warm, nurturing, challenging, creative, and safe.
