Preserving Our Past, Building Our Future
Oxford University School is poised to expand its superlative academic program to new, state-of-the-art facilites to accommodate the recent increases in enrollment. The school's aging facility on South Lamar Blvd. has thus far limited our potential growth. In order to remain academically competitive in Mississippi and the Southeast, we have launched a capital campaign to raise funds to build a new campus, expand existing grades, add a high school and provide increased program opportunities for our students.
The tentative working goal for Preserving Our Past, Building Our Future campaign is $1.5 million. Additional funding for the new campus will come from the sale of the existing campus and financing. We have developed a multi-phase, master plan for the new campus on 25 acres of donated land in the Grand Oaks development.
