Fundraising
The largest fundraiser of the year is the annual auction. This event is a time of camaraderie for OUS families and friends while raising funds for the school through silent and live auctions. All families are encouraged to participate in events such as this through financial and volunteer support.
Annual Giving Fund
OUS, like other leading private schools, has an Annual Giving Fund. An Annual Giving Fund is used to cover the gap between tuition and the actual expense of educating our children. This money goes toward essential budget items such as teacher salaries and teaching tools and equipment to enhance our children’s classroom. In after-tax dollars, tuition plus giving is less expensive than increasing tuition to cover costs because donations to the Annual Giving Fund may be tax-deductible.
