FEES
Application Fee:                        $50/application
Prospective students are required to take an admissions test for entry into OUS.
This fee is non-refundable.

Enrollment Fee:    $200/student
Prospective students: A non-refundable fee of $200 per student is due at the time of acceptance of OUS’ offer of enrollment to ensure a space for your child.

Re-enrolling students: A non-refundable fee of $300/student is required to secure a space for a child for the upcoming school year.  However, IF received by February 15, OUS will grant a $100 discount making the reenrollment fee only $200 per child.  After February 15th, a space can not be guaranteed for a re-enrolling child if this payment is not received.  An accurate returning student count is critical for annual planning and staffing.

Academic Resource Fee:             $150/student
The Academic Resource Fund is applied directly toward the betterment of classroom resources, such as textbooks, computers, and general classroom needs.  Payment of this fee is due June 1, along with the first tuition payment, regardless of the payment plan chosen.

Uniforms:
Uniforms are required for all students in the Senior Kindergarten through 8th grade and optional for students in the Pre-Kindergarten and Junior Kindergarten classes.  Uniform costs vary annually by choices and need. Please refer to the uniform fee schedule.

OPTIONAL FEES
Extended Day Program (3:15-5:15)
$60/month per student
Extended Day fees are payable for ten months, August-May on the first day of each month.  Children not registered for extended day may attend on any day for a fee of $10/child/day.  A student left at school after 3:15 pm will be sent to extended day and a $10 fee per child will be charged.

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS
1.    Annual Payment Plan:  Full payment of tuition by June 1st, with a 2% discount on tuition
2.    Biannual Payment Plan: Two equal payments on June 1st and December 1st
3.    Monthly Payment Plan: Monthly payments may be made by bank draft or post-dated checks only.  Twelve equal payments are made beginning June 1st through May 1st.

Lunch Bunch
OUS offers students the option to purchase lunch each day of the week catered by local restaurants.  Fees typically range from $2.50-$5.50 per meal.  Forms are sent home offering choices for each day of the week during the next month.

Lunch Milk Program
Monday-Friday        $75/student for the school year
Payment due by August 1

Field Trips and Class Trips
There are several opportunities throughout the year to enrich your child’s education through the use of field trips and longer class trips chosen by the teacher. Yearly costs range from $20-$1000, depending on the age of your child.  Often, older children hold small fundraisers to raise money to offset the cost of out-of-town trips.
