FEES
Application Fee:                        $50/application
Prospective students are required to take an admissions test for entry into OUS.
This fee is non-refundable.

Reservation Fee:    $200/student
Prospective students: A non-refundable reservation fee of $200 per student is due at the time of acceptance of OUS’ offer of enrollment to ensure a space for your child.

Re-enrolling students: A non-refundable fee of $300/student is required to secure a space for a child for the upcoming school year.  However, IF received by February 20th, OUS will grant a $100 discount making the reenrollment fee only $200 per child.  After February 20th, a space can not be guaranteed for a re-enrolling child if this payment is not received.  An accurate returning student count is critical for annual planning and staffing.

Academic Resource Fee:             $150/student
The Academic Resource Fee is applied directly toward the betterment of classroom resources, such as textbooks, computers, and general classroom needs.  Payment of this fee is due with enrollment contract and will be processed on June 5th.  

School Uniforms:
Uniforms are required for all students in the Senior Kindergarten through 6th grade and optional for students in the Pre-Kindergarten and Junior Kindergarten classes.  Uniform costs vary annually by choices and need. Please refer to the uniform fee schedule.

OPTIONAL FEES
After School Care (3:00/3:15-5:15)

$65/month per student       $45/month for siblings

After School Care fees are payable for ten months, August-May on the fifth day of each month.  Monthly payments may be made by bank draft or postdated checks only.  Children not registered for After School Care may attend on any day for a fee of $10/child/day.  A student left at school after 3:00 pm (Pre K/Jr K/Sr K) or 3:15 pm (1st grade and up) will be sent to After School Care and a $10 fee per child will be charged.

Extended Day Program - Half Day Preschool

$20/day per student - 11:45am - 2:45 pm

Extended Day Program is available to half day preschool students to occasionally stay at school until 2:45 pm.

TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS
1.    Annual Payment Plan:  Full payment of tuition by postdated check or bank draft due with enrollment contract, with a 2% discount on tuition.  The check or bank draft will be processed on June 5th.  
2.    Biannual Payment Plan: Two equal payments due with enrollment contract by bank draft or postdated checks only and processed on June 5th and December 5th.  
3.    Monthly Payment Plan: Monthly payments may be made by bank draft or postdated checks only.  Twelve equal payments are due with enrollment contract and processed on the 5th of each month.
